Had the spicy Thai chicken salad with spinach subbed for the romaine and it was awesome, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere to sit and chat with friends.
Mac and cheese is awesome, I like it with a French baguette. Service is always good and the food comes pretty quick.
Service here was stellar. Staff is always helpful in choosing something new and good. I like the variety of breads and meals available. Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Having a drive thru is a good bonus. Also having all the options on ordering through the app and picking up later on time.
Four stars if we're focused on food only. The food at Panera is always tasty, just more expensive than it has a right to be. I'm deducting an additional star however for the reliance on self checkout kiosks instead of humans. I get the cost savings, but don't pass that down to me like you're doing it for my benefit, when the experience is less than optimal and after multiple attempts at ordering, I had to settle with waiting in line for a person regardless. If it worked, I'd bump up the rating because efficiency is cool, but it doesn't, and therefore sucks.
I like this place, because it's clean and the service is pretty fast, I also loved that they have a drive through. The only downside is the parking. It gets packed and full very quickly!
