The people that work here are super sweet and nice and very helpful they go out of their way to help you. I love the bras and I love their perfumes and body sprays especially when they're on sale and price
Wow, the ladies who work here are unbelievably rude. There was a chubby blonde and an Asian at the counter. The chubby blonde helped the lady behind me before I was assisted (what?) and no I didn't have an attitude or act like a diva. I waited patiently. Then the Asian airhead asked who was next, wow. When I tried to explain to her that I was here before the lady she assisted she waved a finger at me and said "yeah whatever how can I help you". What crappu customer service. I was just there to pay on my card I didn't even buy anything. I love VS and I will not be coming back to this one ever. How rude. I've never had a bad experience at VS until I went to the one in the Everett mall and I've never had to leave a bad review at any shopping place. If you go to this VS be prepared to have really crappy customer service by ladies who don't enjoy working there.
The place is small and dirty. I waited 30 minutes in line, which made sense because the cashier didn't know what she was doing.
But the workers walking around just staring quick and turning away and not helping people learn how to do your job
