Stood at counter for 5 minutes. One client getting perm, another in chair for color. Two people (male and female employee) sat in beauty chairs.on cell phones, bad service, well no service offered.

The girls that work there rock. Well most of them anyway. But they have the worst manager there. Plus there's such a high turn over rate because of the manager. And get this Regis corporation DOESN'T have or allow mats for the girls to stand on!! Bad all the way around. Except for most of the hair stylist. But all of the good ones quit. The pay is hoky.
Everytime I come here, the ladies are amazing!!! Usually I am with Kayla (who is fantastic!!), but last night I was with Erica. She did an outstanding job, and went above and beyond!! Thanks so much ladies for always making me feel like a rock star when I leave you!!!!
