Let me begin by saying this is my first experience with a debilitation car wreck and I really did not know where to turn. I am an elderly woman and needed a lawyer to really take a leadership role in my case. I contacted Matt Russell, he reassured me he would take control from that moment forward and he did just that.

Three months ago my life was turned upside down and I found myself in need of a lawyer, I found Dustin Burk with Russell & Hill. He discussed with me several times where we were at with things and always kept me in the loop and updated me with all the information as he received it. I certainly hope I don't ever need a lawyer again, but if I do I know where to go. Thank you for giving me my life back.
He completely handled all aspects of the case from case management, to doctors, to getting medical bills reduced etc. He made me feel I did not have to worry because he would do that for me. Matt always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. The only advice I would give, make sure you have the maximum coverage on your uninsured/underinsured motorist policy. It is inexpensive and will only hurt you in the long run if you do not have it.
