The worse experience. It is too much to go into detail on here. I will never step foot in this place again. We have firehouse right up the street. They will greet you right when you walk in the door. That is where I will be going from now on.
For what sort of place this is, a sub shop, it is one of the best in the area. Guys working were fast and friendly.

I've only ever ordered from this place for delivery and I do so quite often but when doing so i make sure to order before i'm hungry because they're not going to make it here in under 25-30 minutes regardless of the time/day. I live exactly 1.1 miles away, that's a 5 minute drive according to google. To this day the fact it consistently takes 5x that amount of time to reach me or more really confuses me. Food tastes as it should and have never had a problem when it does finally arrive.
Freaky fast my a$$! I've ordered here quite a few times and it's always been over a 30-40 min wait. I literally live down the street and need the sandwiches to be delivered since I have little ones. I called to make sure my order was in place and the guy said 'yeah, we got it'. I replied with- 'do you even know my name so you can make sure?' He hung up! Terrible customer service!
