"I can't. I can't. I can't." Think that's the moto for this extremely inept pharmacy staff. They could at least make an attempt or pretend like they cared a tiny bit, rather than an immediate "NO, I can't".
Do not come here for your prescriptions unless you want to walk around the store for an hour, they don't care that you need medication. I have come here at least 5 times for a prescription that had been called in an hour before and they have no idea that I have one called in. I have even come the next day and they made me wait 45 minutes because they didn't see I had one called in the day before. Never use a pharmacy that makes you need to take even more anxiety medication to even go there. Cvs has my prescription ready in 10 minutes after I leave my psychologist.

This pharmacy gets such a low rating because of one person. Anita has no concept of empathy let alone customer service or professional service. Every time I go to fill a prescription of fearful of having to deal with her. It's unfortunate because literally every other person there is wonderful!
Hard to beat the prices and convenience, but it often seems like they are too swamped to make efficient decisions that are the norm at other areas pharmacies.
We often show up to find only one of three or four medicines submitted at the same time are actually filled when any other pharmacy would have processed all requests for the one patient at the same time so the entire order is ready to go (for example).
