I went to Dr. Ralph Haller with severe shoulder pain. He diagnosed my shoulder with arthritis and suggested life time cortazone shots. 3 months later another doctor from a different office.. diagnosed my shoulder with a torn bicept and fixed it...
I am a vet. The VA assigned me to Everett Bone and Joint. The facility is new and spotless. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Mason was prompt, friendly and very open to questions. As he was about leave, I mentioned I had another medical (joint) issue. He came back in, checked me out and immediately sent me to X-Ray. He came right back in and went over the results. That kind of service is over and above.
Dr. Kinahan and all of the staff are amazing. Best surgeon ever! Collar bone got snapped in half. I can't even tell it was ever broken.
I was sent to EB&J by Boeing medical and saw Dr. Nowak 10 times for over a year. I was in pain before I went there, but only at work. Now I'm in constant pain and not even able to work. Nowak did nothing but paperwork which apparently did not fix my condition. He looked me right in the eye and told me I have no permanent damage that was in 2012 now I'm f#@$ed. If you are forced to go here make sure you are working with an Attorney and also double check your medical records, he has a tendency to say one thing and then write down something else. I was also forced to give them one star which was not deserved.
Every receptionist, referral coordinator, and medical records clerk is so rude and never have any documentation of when other medical facilities call and provide info for patients who are being referred.
