Great experience coming to Modern Home Furniture. My family came in here and bought beautiful pieces for a great deal. Today I came in and a great experience looking for what we needed. Staff very courteous, listen to our needs. Really recommend stopping by the store you won't regret it.

Well you completely lied to them. They asked you a simple question. "Could you get the furniture to us by thanksgiving?" You said yes as long as they ordered it by that. Well now week later with no call or update. They had to call you to find the whereabouts of the furniture. THEN You're telling them to look at the receipt 'after the purchase' that it could take 6-8 weeks!!! You lied to them to get a sell. Plus they 'may not' get it until after Christmas. They needed a new dining set for the holidays and now they aren't going to get one for now possibly two holidays. THE ONLY REASON THEY WERE BUYING IT THERE WAS BECAUSE YOU COULD GET IT BEFORE THANKSGIVING.
Super helpful staff, the owners really took the time to make sure we found what we were looking for. They also shared their own experiences with the furniture. Definitely thw place to shop at.
I love that you're taking advantage over people. Plus the fact you'll still charge $200 if my in-laws don't want to continue with their purchase. Charging $200 to your customers for lying and ruining freaking the holidays! Maybe next time you should be honest or give them a heads up.
