One of the better Crossfit gyms I've been to over the years. It's organized, clean and has a friendly environment.
I've been to Crossfit gyms where the coaches would not pay attention to what the class was doing, but not this one. The coaches are wonderful to work with and they pay attention to what the class is doing so they can correct any bad form they see.
Best group of people to work out with.
They've got amazing ways to scale the movements and at this point I don't think there's anything they can't scale. Can't do a hand stand push up? No worries, they have special ways to allow you to build those muscles. Can't do a pull up? They got you covered there too. Can't scale a rope? They'll get you to the top of that rope in no time.
