Big gym, decent equipment, it can get pretty busy, and the customer service could be better but what do expect... its a gym.

I like it. Clean place ,nice people running it. If you r looking for personal trainer make sure to look for Max he helped me a lot my A1C was 8.1 and now 5.9 after 2 months God bless him.
Nothing really to complain about. Nice gym, lots of equipment. Not too busy when I'm here (late mornings, week days). Staff doesn't bother you or get in the way. Clean environment. Nice gym
To be honest, I don't get why people are complaining... LA fitness has one of the best equipment, customer service is great, the atmosphere itself is encouraging. I personally love coming here, I've been to other gyms like 24 Hour Fitness, and there's always some broken, non-used, and missing equipment, dirty pool water, etc... other gyms aren't comparable to LA
I love this store always has everything so helpful and is always just a wonderful place to shop. The workers are delicious and so nice and it's a clean place with clean restrooms and everyone's always happy here
