Been in here probably a dozen times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Product is always well stocked and organized compared to other Harbor Freight stores I've visited.
I like the prices! And there's always someone there who knows where the items are and what I need for any projects I'm doing. I signed up for the "Inside Track Club" and save even more with members only savings. I never have to bring in coupons either because the associates there do the coupon hunting for me! I had a drill that wasn't powerful enough, all I had to do was bring it back with my receipt and they traded it back for the one with more power - no questions or hassle at all! I would recommend this business for anyone looking to save money and have worry free 90 day returns with receipt. Plus, their Pittsburg hand tools come with lifetime warrantee!
Haven't broke any of the hundred some items I've purchased. What more can I say.
I have always had good service here, although I have only done basic shopping and not asked for help or needed a return. The staff are nice and friendly. As far as Harbor Freights go, this is about average. Its located in an area that I never like to stay in to long, however fairly convenient since it is right off Evergreen. I think it is a smaller store compared to most, but still has a good selection.
Great Shopping experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Don't forget your coupons.
