Today was great customer service. Multiple employees helped me work on an idea for a project which was much appreciated. Many times we've been in and have had trouble getting someone's attention, but today was totally different. Many thanks to the staff.
Don't bother with this Home Depot. We called and asked for them to load wood into one of their bays. They said it would take 20 minutes to load them into the bay. We show up 2 hours later to give them enough time, and they didn't even bother doing their job!!! Going to another Home Depot that actually accommodates their customers.. disappointed
