It is sad to know that the associate did not own up to the fact that she made a mistake in piercing my son's right ear. It was frustrating enough that she couldn't get the measurements correct on the right ear to match up with the left ear. So she made two purple dots on the right ear. I specifically told her to pierce right between (middle) the two purple dots and if she would have listen my son's earrings would match up on both side. When I say "between" the two purple dots, you can literally see a skin space between the dots. But instead she pierced the earring right into one of the purple dots. Now his right side earring is further out compared to his left side. She and another associates kept denying the fact that she pierced it in the middle of the 2 purple dots as I asked however, if you look at it you can definitely tell that the earring was pierced right at the purple dot. It didn't take a professional to see that she made a big mistake. I am rating this a one (would be negative if that was an option) for the fact that they did not own up to their mistakes. They kept telling me that if I didn't like it then I can take out the earring and return the following day to have it re-pierced and that I would have to make sure I make the dot to where I want it to be pierced at. They are probably thinking that we did not return because they didn't make a mistake. No, we did not return because of the poor customer satisfaction of not owning up to the mistake they made. It was my son's first piercing and we chose Piercing Pagoda so he can have a positive experience. It was the principle of owning up to a mistake that mattered the most, if only she would have apologize and admit her wrong doing then we would have given her another chance to fix her mistake. Sadly $75 went to waste on a bad piercing job. And sadly we will never return to Piercing Pagoda because of their poor customer service, especially the one at the Everett Mall.
I had both of my daughters ears pierced not only did it cost a fortune the Woman had poor service and my kids ears got infected right away. my older child's ears finally healed but my younger daughters ears have huge lumps in them and are painful. I have had to take the earring out and allow her ears to heal. Never go there.
