Best waitress EV-ER! She was kind and sweet and was so patient with my 6 year old granddaughter when she asked her if "she had seen the bathroom" Haha! Out of the mothers of babes. Thank you again wonderful lady, you made our visit and meals amazing!
Shrimp Scampi, Peach Sangria, Salad , Bread Sticks was great. Service not so good , asked for soup 3 times , didn't get it. First server was great , shift ended.
My girlfriend and I came into this joint 45 minutes before closing, hungry as all hell, after moving our whole house. So you can imagine we just wanted to chill and eat a delicious dinner. I mistakenly ordered something that I didn't realize had a particular ingredient that we are not fond of. Our awesome server, Fatima, took it back to the kitchen, and asked the manager to take the charge off of said item, and he did. She also had a huge smile on her face the whole time and was patient with my slow order. I know I'm not a choice customer, but Fatima made our night at olive garden worth while, and made me want to return there. Fatima, you rock. Keep up the great work.
It was an okay experience. A bit pricey for the low-end quality of food served. It is nice to pay right at the table and the food was decent. We both ordered drinks and they were very light handed with the alcohol. I would only go back if I had a gift card to use.
The quality of food and service wasn't as spot on as usual on this visit. I love garlic, and didn't think it was possible to have too much garlic, but apparently you can...that's all I could taste in every dish. We went before the dinner rush and were seated in the lounge for, in the words of the hostess, "faster service and a quieter spot", but our waiter was switched in the middle of our order and then the new waiter continually disappeared for long periods of time. It was actually quite loud in that area as well, due to the blender at the bar. We will go again, but won't sit in the lounge, and will try other entrees and appetizers to see if the garlic amount improves.
