Called on Tues night and they scheduled a plumber to be at our house Wed. morning!
5 stars is not enough! The service was prompt, through and completed in less time than it would have taken me to rent and return a sewer snake much less to do the job as well. Plus the camera view of the drain pipe was very impressive! And your service tech? Corey was a great person to do business with. He's the kind of guy I would like to have as a next door neighbor.

We have been struggling with our leaks for months without being able to find a solution. We were refered to Apollo Plumbing and they came right away for inspection. Tyler offered the best solution to put a new system in rather than trying to fix our old pipes. We scheduled them within a few days with a reasonable price. Problem solved in a working day flawlessly. We have never been happier and only wish that we had known them sooner. Anyway, great work and ethical. Highly recommended!
Not even worth one star. Asked for a bid on work that was conveyed as very urgent and couldn't get one call back. Had a tech here in the building and was assured a bid would be forthcoming, and that the work was in their scope, and nothing happened. Would not recommend.
Debbie took my call and was very knowledgeable, helpful and really wanted to get me the help I needed. Tyler came out on his day off to look at my water line which had to be replaced because it was Blue Poly. He explained in detail the work to be done including all the checks (811,etc.), gave me a quote which was 2K less than another quote I was given and work was done in time that he quoted. Mark the plumber doing all the plumbing kept me informed all along the way and did a great job while the sun beat down on him. What a fabulous experience from initial call to work completion.
