Hired these guys to unplug my drain. They finally got the clog loose yet the drain was moving very slowly. Charged me $175.00 for this. Two days later it twas clogged again and I called them out again. They poured a jug of some kind of acid down the drain and told me to call back if that didn't do the trick. Next day the drain was still clogged but my almost new stainless sink was ruined, all black and pitted from the acid. I called them back and was told it would cost me another $150.00 for them to come back as they offered no guarantee on their work. Needless to say, I went a different route as I did not want them charging me again for the job they didn't do right the first time.= Stay away from these clowns!!! So thankful for these guys. Came highly recommended by a friend in Lake Stevens. Had a major flood in my house and needed a plumbing contractor that was licensed and bonded and could work with my Allstate insurance. They were able to come our right away and the price was lower than I thought it would be. They installed all new vanities and sinks in three bathrooms, seated toilets and were able to do some other random things because they are also a general contractor.
Chris was prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed a water main leak before it caused damage or needed more extensive work done in the "homeowner's responsibility" clause of this kind of problem. Thanks!
Called them at 8:00pm at night. Leaky pipe under my kitchen sink that wouldn’t stop. Guy was at home but walked me through a couple things to try. Didn’t work, so he packed up and headed over. Took about an hour from phone call to him leaving my house with new valves and connectors. Great company, will call them again when needed (but hopefully not).
