Since changing management staff, it's gone down hill.
Loved it! Wish I could go back. So clean and the staff are great. Secured building for peace of mind. Great views. Really miss having the garage and carts for unloading groceries too.
Loved living here, very quiet and peaceful. The staff members were always helpful. I loved parking in the garage and using the little buggy to tote my groceries in and there is extra storage rooms down in the garage too in case you need to store larger items or things like fishing poles coolers, bikes ect. Amazing views and neighbors. Wish I could go back !

They'll take you for all your worth. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Don't expect them to help you with anything. They're the worst and they don't care about their renters at all. They garage you for thins they're required to do upon ANY tenant moving out.
Lived here for 2 years - the management team was super attentive, the units were super cute and the rent was decent at the time. They had this "active building" app that would alert you whenever you had a package in the office which was really convenient too.
