I've been to Applebee's a total of two times because my girlfriend likes this place. I'm a burger and fries type of guy so my experiences are based on their burgers. The first time I went I ordered a burger, asked for "no pink" as stated on their menu and waited for my burger to arrive. Burger arrived with plenty of pink in it. My attentive waiter not only offered me a replacement burger but also a dessert on the house. I took up his generous offer and waited for my new burger to arrive. New burger arrives and it honestly looks the same as the first one with plenty of pink. I left Applebee's weary that day because they couldn't fulfill what they offered/what i requested but wasn't completely opposed to coming back because the customer service was good.

Michael was very thankful to the guy that bussed the tables. He had brought clean glasses to them. Michael mentioned to me that this is how they can run so smoothly. We wouldn't be able to do it without him doing his job. I was very impressed.
Also please give praise to Michael and the other gal!! Thank you, Gina.
Service was very slow. Could have been short staffed. Food was very good. But the waiting was terrible.

Normally avoid this place like the plague. We don't like noisy and crowded places. Everytime we've been here, it's like some freakin loud party, however, a friend wanted to go so we went. Had the ribs. Very good. Better than Famous Dave's, which is a rib place. The sides are better too. Steaks are still not very good, but it's our new place for ribs, if we go on off hours to avoid the crowds.
Went to your restraunt tonight and had wonderful service. We sat at the bar because it was very busy. We got a first hand look at the two bartenders that were working one of them was Michael the other was a gal. Didn't catch her name. Young with blond hair.
Keep up the great work management for hiring great employees.

Fast forward to last night when going to Applebee's i'm not going to lie I was having flashbacks but wanted to give it another try because it was only 1 time right? Wrong. I make the mistake of ordering burger and fries requesting that there be no pink again. Unfortunately there was plenty of pink in the burger once again. Also this time around the fries weren't really edible since they were very over seasoned. I didn't bring up my burger during this visit since I had no intention of wasting more food. Customer service was average no complaints there but I will not be going back to Applebee's anytime soon.
