Avis makes it easy to rent a car. The price is more than fair. I will always try to rent from Avis.
We travel many times a year and always use Car Rental Avis because of the great service, especially on our local rental place in Everett, Washington. We're very happy to say we found the best one so far and meet with the friendly manager Preston Hoaxie, assistant manager Keanu Fortin and their team. They're very efficient and knowledgeable about the vehicle selection to offer and satisfy the customers. We would highly recommend Avis to many people.

If I could give zero stars I would. We setup an ultimate test drive over the phone and were told that they closed at 6pm. We drove an hour and a half to get there only to walk up onto the porch to the sound of the door locking and hours that read 8-5. They literally saw us walking to the door and locked it on us. We knocked on the door and there were three employees sitting there and none of them would acknowledge us. We stood there for 15 min and not one of them would open the door to ask us what we needed. We attempted to contact the person who setup the appointment with no success. I will never use Avis or budget to rent a car again and will never attempt to buy one.

The staff is great and they actually answer the phone. They remembered my name and gave the best car they had. If there was more stars to give them I would. You will not be disappointed.
Went in on Sunday morning, very busy and time consuming to to rent trucks...only one rep available, doing the best they could.
I have always had outstanding service here with excellent customer experience. I recommend this Avis and will continue to use them as my sole rental car provider.
