I have started a dispute on an overcharge with my credit card company and have filed a dispute regarding the billing with Hertz and a dispute about the horrible customer service dispute under 2 instances. Hertz should be embarrassed to have their name on this location.

We booked a rental for a wedding months in advance. We called three times to let them know www would be picking up at 11. When we arrive our rental had already been given away. The person at the counter didn't even offer to locate another until I asked him too. They asked us to drive to Sea Tac and get a smaller cat. Then I found the same car in the lot behind the store. they finally agreed to rent us the car we asked for after 2 hours of being there.

We were charged $594.00 more than what I was quoted. It's been over a month and the customer care hasn't done anything to fix this. Terrible terrible service. We were told that if we had AAA there would be no charge for additional drivers. Since returning the car they changed their mind and are doing nothing to fix the problem. When we returned it and were charged extra we were told by the manager in training, Zina, that this would be fixed. We should have known better to leave without it being fixed then. Don't leave the location until they get your charges fixed!

There's only a couple rental places in Everett and Hertz is one of them , they don't update their website if they have cars left or not. Have had to get my deposit back because I paid for it online and went in and had nothing at the time. It was an emergency when I needed a vehicle and it couldn't happen. Not too happy.

People in Everett actually will tell you how horrible the location is.

Slowest most un customer service oriented Hertz I have been to. I have been a travel agent for 30 plus years. I have sold a lot of Hertz rental cars over the years and I have rented a lot of cars from Hertz over the years. The manager is beyond slow, so his employees are the same. There is no where to park your rental car here, let alone someone picking you up or dropping you off.

I called and had a rental car set up for a certain date and time to pick me up over a week in advance, but when the scheduled date came they had no clue who I was or that they were supposed to be picking me up. When I had scheduled my appointment over the phone I asked some very specific questions about the rental process but that was also completely different when I spoke to them in the shop. I ended up using Enterprise instead because I wasn't even able to rent a car from Hertz (for the exact reasons I was trying to clarify over the phone.
