The nurses are rude they will write you a doctor's not so that your excused but when your employer won't let you work with out a clearance letter don't go here unless your employer is MAKING you go here I would rather walk to Providence with a bullet wound then having to deal with the stupid bitches here the only nice one was the lady with gray hair and glasses and she said they were doing me a favor writing me a note that's kinda what I paid for oh and if you do decide to go here make sure you drag your ass outta bed with the flu or pneumonia cause they'll only excuse for the day your seen. Nice doctor's though
Then they said the Dr requested a re-draw?? Why?? Seriously, why?? My levels are off now, haven't been able to take my medication going on a month now bc I can't get a refill! Is that what you want to tell me? I still have my tests from 3 months ago THAT SHOW MY LEVELS ARE FINE! I can't afford to pay $500 every 3 months bc you don't know what you're doing. I still haven't talked to the Dr bc he won't call me. Or whoever is working there doesn't have a brain and isn't passing along the memo. I am beyond pissed off.
These people are not where you want to go. The whole staff is rude, no bedside manner, lame ass doctor that missed a complete fracture in my foot. Seriously was sending me home and back to work (i move furniture). No pain meds nothing. Come to find out it broken and separated and possibly a screw tomorrow when I go to my new doctor. So the long and short is i pay for L&i every week out my check and these people will run right over. Shotty work from the doctors thats inexcusable
I came there 3 times to have blood drawn, I feel you need to hire some who knows how to draw from people like me. I am a challenge but my regular doctors office can do it. You hurt me more than once and the last time I came the nurse gave up so a doctor came to do it. Very unprofessional, didnt wear gloves and took it from the back of my hand. Very painful! I finally decided after that I would use my own clinic to follow up care. I will never visit this place again.
Simple pee in cup takes forever, very slow staff not enough staff to handle drug acreenings
They don't even deserve 1 star. I have been seeing them for 5 years about my hypothyroid condition and since I don't have insurance, I pay cash. It's a hefty sum, $135 for the doctor to look at you for 5 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. Plus the blood draw. But whatever, I still pay it.
3 months ago I went in to check my blood since it's been about 2 years since I last did it, and paid almost $500 for the entire appt. Everything came back in the normal range so I put in a refill at my pharmacy and since I was out of refills, they put in a request to US Healthworks to send over the rx and for some odd reason they will not send it over. I have called them to ask why. The answer I got was "were an urgent care now." And??? You've been an urgent care since 2000! Can I not get my prescription then?
The Dr told me when he wrote it that it was non-expiring until I needed to make a dosage change. Then when I called again they told me I had to see the Dr and pay the $135 tonget it. I already did that!
