The place is really clean and open.
Came in at 9, got seen at the first counter at about 9:40. Service there was quick and fast. Got called around 10 for the second counter. Waiting for the third counter to pay. At the current rate, it will be another two hours minimum in line.
day in day out, there will be nice customers and agents, others #$&&* but, it is what it is. The staff seemed like they were trying to get to everyone as fast as they could so I can't complain if I had to wait a little. For as busy as they were, I think it was fair service, after all, I am not there to be their friend. I appreciate them taking care of my issue as fast as they could. thank you!
The workers were friendly... this time..
Overall a really pleasant experience. The workers aren't the happiest looking but that's like all government jobs.
Hard to say anything pleasant about the Everett DMV when it doesn't seem like anyone's really trying.
They have three pay windows open and two of the workers keep walking off to the backroom doing goodness knows what.
Pretty good experience, the staff answered my questions and the man at line 9 was super chill. Waiting was a bit rough but the process was super quick. Saved me last hour on a Monday as all other dol's have their doors closed.
I went at 10am on a Wednesday so if you are looking for a short time wait I recommend going then. Also if you plan to renew a license, change name or most issues you can do it online and save yourself the trip.
I was a little nervous about coming here after reading all the reviews. I went in to apply for my learner permit which took a total time of 25 minutes. The women I got at the counter was really helpful as I had also wanted to get a state ID but she said I didn't need to if I have the permit and plan to get my full license soon which saved me $54.
Go to a different location if you can!
