After 2 wasted days of not just my time. But of the county clerks office, as well as several other County paid employees, the county court commissioner didn't even read the document just signed it and moved on to the next person in line.
Guess who will not get my vote this year!!!

However the facts are that I was given the run around and forced to waste 2 days of my time chasing Bull $#!^ paperwork to get a court motion acted about.
Overall, I am confused by court proceeding. When I have my "moment to shine" it seemed odd that they didn't care that someone from the other party was oddly talking on the bench. *so weird* But I noticed that both the felon (The lady who was talking) and the bailiff were the same age, race, gender.
best we can do, is use laws they don't understand. And have them answer to same.

It's such an odd thing to write a review about a courtroom, esp. a Superior court, but I hope that my yelp review could perhaps help others.
The judge ends up throwing it out. OH, but while it happens, THE BAILIFF was terrible. She said to me - something I didn't quite catch, "There's no coffee in the courtroom" I had a travel cup.
Then another thing. One of the people who was present was a person who was a convicted felon. The bailiff allowed that convicted felon (she has many other charges as well) to *talk when I was talking* when I was in front of the judge. (the Felon was a part of the other side) Like, I think this person was doing it purposely...I found it very distracting. No one said anything, and allowed the felon to continue talking (to distract me) LIKE THE BAILIFF COULD'VE SAID SOMETHING THEN.
And we ask why are is our legal system unable to get work done.
I still don't understand how "the city of Everett" can place a No Contact Order on a couple WITHOUT their consent? We have been heard by a judge twice before on our own accord without any hope of getting it dropped. This is SO STUPID!!! Mental illness issues are involved here!!! It's NOT THE SAME!!! Please free Lewis Cole Allen!!!! Desperately searching for any kind of end:( (without prison)

You have a few things..." No. I have 5 pages. FIVE PAGES. of egregious complaints. EGREGIOUS! I am going back and counting the incidents right now.
Well, I have hearing loss from an accident and I didn't hear what she said, so I asked, "What?" She totally yelled at me and was " You're going to be in contempt of the court!" Like, I was just asking because I didn't hear what she said.
I just felt it was laziness on the part of the judge. Like I can get her to do her job....
Overall, justice wasn't served. It is what it is. I gave the "old college try" but wasn't able to make it happen. Everything said against me was from two serial liars. (again, one a convicted felon..with a long wrap sheet in addition to many other arrests), I am not sure why the judge couldn't discern the obvious.

then later - that same person - bailiff said "You better hurry up and read" when I looked up for one moment, while we were in recess. I was looking up just to think for a moment...what an odd thing to say...I wasn't even done reading everything when they called the court back into session (not that they asked me) I begin to wonder ...what is her angle? Not until later in the hearing, when I mentioned one of the parties was a convicted felon did that Bailiff finally stop saying rude things to me...suddenly, she stopped in her track...I just don't get it.
Here is what happened in my "anti harassment" order. The judge turned to the computer and said, "You have a few things..." making it sound like I had 2 or 3 complaints. OH NO, I have at least 23 complaints. I went back and counted. EGREGIOUS complaints, too!! It really bothered me that somehow that got summed up to "2 or 3" when there was many, many, many more.
