Love the dog park. Nice group of people and haven't met a mean dog yet. The uneven territory is fun for my little dogs but I think the big dogs get the most out of it.
Lowell Park is a great place to bring a dog to play. If you have kids there is quite a bit of room for activities. This is one of the nicer parks in Everett although a bit smaller than others.
Has a great playground! I even had to use the restroom, clean and we'll kept. Kids had a blast!
Good place for your dog. Keep an eye on your kids, homeless shelter just blocks away. Sometimes sketchy people wonder up to the park.
