Retired, friendly, quiet seniors reside here. Pets are welcome, and there's a beautiful green belt for all the residents and their pets to enjoy. You can safely walk, drive and live in this quiet little retirement community nestled between Mukilteo Speedway and Highway 99. Convenient, quick access to major roads but quietly tucked out of sight.

It's nice and quiet. I know they have some break in issues here and the grounds people can be a bit over nosey.
