The pictures look nice but what you don't see it Hwy 99 is know as the heroin Hwy. 1 block away is where the police arrest people constantly for drugs and prostitution. I wish I had know this before I came here. They have signs in the laundry room alerting you to keep your valuables out of your cars due to break ins. But even worse is the management and the complete disregard for the fact that you are the customer. They are rude and not at all friendly. The one good thing was that we had some very nice neighbors, so that made our 3 month stay alright. I would never come back here again.
Not going to lie... When I see lakeside I think of grass and peace and quiet... This is a blacktop parking lot. Very unhomey for the full timers. It's secure in my opinion right on hwy 99. There's not even a security gate to give a sense of security.
Pics do way to much justice ! frog pond is a drug and or homeless hang out off of hwy 99 . When i called in advance i told them i was 55 feet long and they said they could accommodate me WRONG ! so my but hung out in the roadway witch did not let me hook up to sewer . I would have had to back up about 3 feet into the road to do so . I recommend looking around before you purchase a spot. Always remember unhappy wife unhappy life !!WIFE NOT HAPPY .!!!

I had a great day but the lake was too dirty so our next got messy. But we saw a beaver, too. Not so much of a waste!
