A nice and small RV park. Well kept, pet friendly!
To say it simply, this RV Park is worth no one's time or energy. I don't love leaving bad reviews, but I hope this deters people from wasting their money here. Customer service should be everything to someone working in hospitality, but we were treated with anything BUT respect and kindness. I was also very upset when I heard profanities being screamed by the staff when children were present. My word of advice would be to stay somewhere where the management is family friendly.
I love the owner he's a very nice guy. The park is very clean and other campers are very friendly. You have a produce stand within walking distance, a walmart and many other places very close by for whatever you may need. Kid & Pet friendly!! 5 stars Harbour Pointe, wish I could give you 6!
Not very many rv spaces for short term stays
I just have to say this. Me and my husband and kids are planing on moving to Washington so I thought I would look up some rv parks and there reviews of course. While I was looking I came across this one. I for one truly love when people put reviews up when they are turned away for example for a camper that's too old (considering ours is a beautiful 1969) pets to big. I however do not listen to complaints about rudeness because sometimes people bring that on themselves. However if the owner comments on it with rudeness you kinda have to believe it. Reviews help people decide if they want to stay in your park.
All you had to comment on that particular review was sorry you feel that way buts it's part of our rules. Not we won't kiss someone's behind. Very poor service skills.
PS All these people leaving bad reviews have never stayed at this park. The owner is a sweet man that is firm with rules as any business owner would. I would assume all the negative reviews are stemming from one individual that has nothing better to do with their time...
