We just brought our new (14 week old) puppy in to NW Animal Care a Puppy check-up and vaccine update. This being our first time, we were all a bit anxious, but the experience was actually surprisingly pleasant. Everyone on the staff was so friendly, informative, competent and conscientious. Our pup was extremely nervous in the beginning, but the crew was so gentle and kind and patient that she was just fine by the end of the visit. The facility was also immaculate (and very well designed to help minimize stress on the patients (and their owners).
My first time at NW Animal Care Hospital - VERY POSITIVE!!! A wonderful young doctor Joshua Powell, DVM, took care of my 17 year old Molly - a precious kitty who is not doing well with multiple issues. After a couple of years of asking what the big, moveable lump in her throat was without an answer Dr. Powell immediately said "very enlarged Its her Thyroid" - There was good follow up care, working with me extensively to find the best price for very expensive pain medication for her - Office staff was awesome and mailed me the lab(s) printouts the following week, etc. They also got me in right away as my regular vet (that I adore) was booked out three weeks. I highly recommend this Veterinary practice!
technology and provide superior care. We have also boarded our dogs
This was just our first visit to NW Animal Care, but if this is the kind of service experience we see going forward, then they will undoubtedly be our veterinarian home for the life of our little pup.
Dr Johnson and his staff are fantastic with our dogs for everything from routine care to complicated surgery. They embrace modern advances in
This place has really exceeded my expectations. I got the free exam coupon from the Everett animal shelter when I adopted my kitten so I took her here without knowing anything about them. And they have been amazing at every single visit. They take time and play with her whenever we are there. We had to do multiple visits to get all her vaccines she needed and every time we came in they did a thorough check and make sure she's doing good. At no charge. And they call after every visit to check in and make sure she's doing good and I don't have any questions. Highly recommend them!!!
with Dr Johnson numerous times. It's nice to be able to leave our dogs with complete confidence that they will be warm, fed, and safe.
NW Animal Care has been an awesome vet for more than 5 years. I switched to them when my dog needed knee surgery 5 years ago because they had the underwater treadmill. They've been with me through 2 dogs and 2 cats. I am happy with ALL the vets - which is a rarity. Usually you find one that clicks, but they then move on or aren't available -- that is simply not the case here. Each one is excellent and they coordinate care and the answers make sense if you seen a different provider. I highly recommend their routine, surgical, and rehabilitation care.
