The Clinic staff is great, from the phone call to make an appointment to being welcomed as you enter the clinic with your pet. Everyone is easy to talk to and makes you feel like you and your pet are their total focus. Questions are welcomed and treatment is explained in terms that are easily understandable along with costs. We were referred to a pet hospital for further diagnostic work and all information was transferred to the hospital staff before we arrived. A follow up visit was also excellent in terms of possible next steps if the symptoms persist, to how to administer oral meds to a 6 yr. old male cat! Many of my neighbors take their pets to this clinic and recommended I use their services for my cat. I am so glad I took their advice.
I never give 5 stars. We have been going to Puget Park Veterinary Clinic for 8 years. We love them! The always get us right in and wonderful staff and doctors. I would not go anywhere else.
We have always received top medical care and advice at Puget Park Veterinary clinic. Dr. Trish knew Boxers and she cared for our dogs just about as much as we do. Just love her.
Nice people working over there! Honest and affordable and they do good work. My dog had to have an eye removed due to an injury she had as a pup. They treated her well and didn't gouge us compared to three other offices we called.
