I bought a 2004 Dodge Durango SLT (used, but in damn near perfect condition) for 0nly $2,200!! They replaced the timing belt FREE replaced the windshield (with a minimal crack in it) FREE. They really made the whole car buying process fun like it should be. I love the fact that they put the best possible price forward. No Haggling on price because, if you've done the research, you know you are getting the most competitive price. I love the fact they have their own mechanics and service center and I love the fact that the employees are paid a set salary with small bonuses for every deal. This allows them to focus on Customer Service and they have no motivation to push a car on you that you don't want. I've been to awful dealerships and have been burned, I'm so glad that I've found Autos Only so I can send family and friends here knowing they won't be taken advantage of. BTW in the spirit of transparency, Yes, I do work for them but that changes nothing that I've said. I didn't purchase my vehicle from them until I saw how they conducted business and knew I would be safe trusting them with an investment.
Typical small dealership with crappy cars from the auctions. Drew told me a truck was an 8/10 possibly 9/10 so I made the drive from Kirkland. As soon as I walked up to the truck it reeked of smoke. (Not to mention it was trashed) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Buy private party or a REPUTABLE dealer!!
Had been shopping around for a few days and stumbled upon my Infiniti G37 at autos only. Had some wear here and there but I was looking for something like that to save money. Evan was my sales rep and he was a pleasure to work with. Eager to help me and his coworkers out. I was in a rush to get all the way back to Puyallup in time for work. Luckily I got there during a less busy period and the customers service they provided me was great. They had two financiers both working on my paperwork at the same time, thanks again! One of the financiers Noel was very set on me getting the service protection but I have good coverage and nothing on my record so I did what he thought was crazy and DECLINED the service coverage. I personally didn't think I would run through the price of the coverage with replacement parts, especially because the G37 is build to a T. And lastly they kept the vehicle I drove there safe for a few days until I could make arrangements to pick it up. This was a special case though, I am a hypocrite and advocate against you leaving a car there because the lot's space is already near maximum utilization. Verdict: Recommended.
I was searching for a specific car, and after looking online extensively, I found a fair deal for one with the mileage, year, &price range I was wanting at Autos Only in Everett. Our salesman, Gus, was extremely kind and gave us the room we needed to check out the car. We left and test drove a few cars at other dealerships, but made our way back to this one after negotiating a price over the phone. The used car isn't perfect of course, but we left feeling like we paid what the car was worth as far as value. Our interest rate was also right around what we expected, which helped seal the deal. Overall it was a pleasant experience- mainly thanks to Gus, who even made waiting for the paperwork fun somehow (now that takes skill). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because another salesman (forgot name) made us feel like we were silly when we asked questions, probably because of our age (early 20s). Feeling less confident almost had us walking out the door, but I'm glad that we didn't. &The same guy was actually extremely informative. Overall, I'm happy with the car& price we paid.
