I have been happy with my car, price and service so far. I became concerned about not getting my plates but I guess I have another month to get them in the mail.

Bought a car and a couple days later the brakes were grinding metal to metal. I put 3200.00 down and he didnt want to let me take it and pay the remaining 1600.00 in 2 days. After convincing him he allowed it. I just dont understand how a business can sell a vehicle that isnt operating at a safety standard? He seen i was 7 months pregnant and had no problem selling me a car that me and my 2 year old were at the most highest risk of crashing in. I didnt notice the grinding sound because the tire pressure was so high it made road noise. After taking it to get the pressure released is when i heard it. Now all of a sudden the dealership has no records of what was done to the car by their mechanic. Im about to have a baby in less than a month and have no money to fix the brakes and rotars and now wont have a car to drive. My baby im delivering is going into immediate heart surgery posibly requiring a heart transplant and she is going to be in the hospital the first 6-8 weeks of her life and now i am going to have to take the bus from renton to childrens everyday afte getting a cesarean! This is so sad and will be so painful physically for me. Not to mention when she comes home we will be back on the bus every couple days or she will just have to remain in the hospital because being on the bus is too risky for her health. I am devastated and cannot believe people like this exists!!!! Cold hearted.
Jon is a rip off.I paid 4800 for an acura 5 days later the engine light comes on needs over 1500 in work. He told me sorry in not helping you. You already bought it. Car is only blue booked at 2800. Im livid. Stay far away from this scam artist.
These guys are absolute crooks! we decided to get a little SUV for a third vehicle and came across a 2005 land rover for a good price. The advertisement claimed it was in great condition and will provide "many more years of enjoyment". Well, after 1 week of ownership the engine blew and left my family stranded. After trying to get back in touch with them, they became ghosts. They are cool up front, but once they get their money they could care less about you. I really don't know how these guys are still in business with all the similar reviews out there. I just don't know how they sleep at night and should be ashamed to even look at themselves in the mirror.
