BTW I dropped my ATM card in their parking lot as I was driving off with my "new" Escalade, and they picked it up, put it in a safe place, and let me know they had it. Trustworthy? You bet!
They were nice and honest. I didn't feel like they were trying to convince me to buy a car just so they could make commission. They didn't have a lot of good cars though. The mileage was pretty high for the price points.
I can't say enough about the great people at this dealership. They are fair, honest, and not pushy at all. From the first contact with Vanessa, to the sales process with Enrique and Cale, and even the maintenance side with Mario, everyone is straight up awesome. Their inventory seems to be of good quality for a used car lot. I know sometimes people say all dealerships on HWY 99 are sketchy, and I used to think so too. But Car Connection is a good one. Shop with confidence!
The people here were really nice. We came in to pick up the new license plates for a car we purchased and when we got there one of the gentleman that helped us before reminded us about how they offered to detail the car and set us up with someone to do it for free based on the original agreement we had. We actually kind of forgot about it... what a nice thing. It was a good experience. And this car is pretty rad.
Bought an '05 Prius from here. Deal went down smooth and the car still runs as expected. Nothing to complain about...
