Found out about this company through CarFax and shortly there-after looked at the reviews for the business. The reviews were good and the employees well spoken for. Upon my arrival, I received a warm greeting and no pushy sales tactics. Greg was very personable and took me for a balanced test drive. For the mileage of the vehicle, it was in excellent condition and just needs minor repairs. Would recommend based on customer service alone, but thankfully the car seems to be a pretty good deal as well.
What a busy full service car lot. Found a great car from their huge lot. There were all kinds of people there buying cars, and now I know why, we were financed with bad credit history. Never thought that could be done. The finance manager was great, and helped us understand the process. Love it! I will definitely come back here to buy my next car. It was fun!
Yesterday, we met our salesman Martin Mitchell, we told him about we look for the good used car for our daughter. he's very good patience with us which we are deaf. We have been drive test with different cars, and Martin rode with us so he can hear if anything trouble. He did told us the honest what he heard noise and best good running cars. Finally, we found the good used car. We surprised our daughter when she opened the garage door, saw the car. She s surprised and happy! We really did impressed and satisfied with their service and friendly people, we recommend anybody who's deaf people go there, see Martin!
Greg was awesome to work with. He made my buying experience one to remember. Not pushy at all, when I arrived with my brother, I was greeted by RJ and I asked from Greg. He kindly pointed me in the direction of Greg and I introduced myself to him and he asked me what I was interested in. Once I told him about what I was interested in, he quickly went inside to get the keys to show me the vehicle. We went on a test drive and we talked about my Falcons, his Sea hawks and life in general, while hardly any mention about the vehicle other than how does it handle. We get back to the Dealership after the test drive and he asked me how did I like it and i told him I really like it. From then on we proceeded to his office to start paperwork. I can say because of what I was looking for and wanted, I was in and out of their in just under an hour. Zeke is a fine Financial manager and I also got a chance to talk with Tom the other manager as I was waiting to be seen. Class act individuals. I would Highly recommend Bayside Auto and ask for Greg. I promise you that you will enjoy the whole experience from the time you arrive till you are handed the keys. Very good establishment. Thank you Bayside Auto for putting me in my ride.
