My car break lights weren't working so I called the repair center and they told me to swing by anytime and they will look at it . I stopped after work the same day and I was amazed how fast they fixed it even without an appointment. I was very pleased with their service . I wish I remember the name for the girl who took my information and the guy who fixed my car. I would give them an excellent review.
CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK! YOU MAY HAVE BOUGHT A WARRANTY WITHOUT KNOWING!
They tell their sales people to automatically include a wrap (extended warranty) into the initial negation of the purchase price of the vehicle but pose it as "does this monthly payment work for you? If it works, sign here" never specifically disclosing that you are agreeing to buy a car with an extended warranty. Then the responsibility is placed on the customer to notice the additional charges when sitting at the finance desk. That's not how buying a car should work. They are shady, dishonest and relying on people to not notice anything until the paperwork is signed and you've driven the car off the lot. The price was good... You know, AFTER THE WARRANTY WAS REMOVED. AVOID
I highly recommend Hyundai of Everett to anyone looking for a new car. It was the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. They were very straight foreward about what they could do for us and absolutely no haggling back and forth. Both the sales and finance departments wonderful to work with.
I just moved to Seattle and was looking for a reputable Hyundai service center. Saw good reviews on this place and decided to try it out. I was not disappointed. A warm welcome and quick service. Could not have asked for more. I will continue to come here for my servicing needs and potentially my next purchase.
We've already filed a complaint to the states attorneys office for the shady business practices of Hyundai of Everett. If you've bought a car from them please check your paperwork and look for any additional charges under "service agreements", you may have bought a warranty you do not need or want.
I have had an amazing experience with Hyundai Everett. I bought a used Santa Fe in May of 2017. We had a unique loan situation that was handled expertly. I walked away feeling like I had made a good choice. Then, we had something on our car break within 24 hours of driving it off the lot. I called and service got me in, and fixed my sunroof right away, without it costing me anything. I just had my first oil change (which was also free) and while I was there, they fixed a recall on a part that I didn't even know about yet, Talk about being ahead of the game. My oil change and the recall part was fixed all in less than an hour. There is even a comfy lobby to wait in, with complimentary beverages. All in all, buying and taking car of this car has been SUPER EASY. I would recommend a Hyundai to anyone looking for a great car that is easy to drive and comfortable for long road trips. I am a first time owner, but this won't be my last. Thank you Everett Hyundai for such a great experince.
