Great salesman. Great service. Loved the cars. Our recent experience test driving vehicles here was excellent. Haven't finalized anything yet but when we are ready this is probably where we will be getting our next car. They have also been great servicing our current Toyota.
We hit it off with Mike right away and he took us for a test drive in my dream car. He answered all our questions and effectively shared the strength of the Toyota brand in comparison to the other vehicles we were considering. We feel we got the very best deal with no surprises and made the very best choice with the Highlander. Darci actually made the financing process fun, we really enjoyed working with her. The overall look and feel of the dealership is warm and inviting, the benefits of the servicing and free car washes are a huge win.
So happy with the service I received! I came in with a weird request. My back bumper had fell off be while I was backing out my garage early morning and I came in seeing if there was anything they could do. I was thinking I was gonna have to order a ton of expensive parts and get charged an arm and a leg for labor but no they fixed it for me. It looks brand new and they even buffed out the paint scratches for free! Highly recommend! So thankful!
The service center at Rodland Toyota is wonderful. If you have scheduled an appointment, they do their best to get you in as scheduled. Staff is sufficient to keep things moving and they top it off with friendly and courteous attention. Any concerns or questions? They respond promptly and do their best to see that you leave satisfied. The prices are comparable to independent and always give me a thorough verbal recap of what they found, what they did and suggest what to watch for ( if anything). Great job, Rodland!
We live in Seattle but Costco's Auto Buying program brought us past 5 other Toyota dealers that were geographically closer. I was skeptical that driving to Everett would be worth it. But it was. Doug LaFave was a great representative of the team at Rodland Toyota. He was courteous, not pushy, and made sure we were well looked after. Car buying takes longer than it should when there is little to negotiate with Costco. However, the welcoming staff and well stocked lounge made the wait more pleasant and we drove away very satisfied with the experience.
