These guys were great! Very nice and caring. I left my vehicle after hours and then they called me right away when they opened and got it right in. They were very knowledgeable and helpful!
I have been taking all 4 of my vehicles here for years. I never, ever had a bad experience, not a single one when Rich and Rachel were there. Sad to say that day finally came. New owners, new management, new guys in the shop, this is just not the same shop anymore. The whole atmosphere and feeling is different. It doesn't seem to be about taking care of me and my vehicles needs, its about what will make them the most money. They told me my car needed tons of money in repairs and maintenance, because I already felt uneasy with new people there I decided to hold off and get a second opinion. 2 different shops told me not only the work they recommended didn't need to be done, some stuff already had been done, so I checked my records and sure enough it had been done less then a year ago, through them!!! I will never step foot back into this shop again. Ownership changed, management changed and not for the better, very disappointing. There is no worse feeling then loosing a great, trustworthy and honest mechanic.
Thank God this place got new owners! I'd previously been a customer when it was owned by someone else and had to find a new shop because the girl at the front counter, Rachel, was totally unprofessional and a total scammer! When I heard from a friend it was under new ownership and Rachel had quit, I decided to try them again because the guys who work in the shop were great.. SHE was just awful. The husband-wife team that own it now are a great addition to the business! Super honest, trustworthy and helpful. Thank you Liz and Jeremiah! My car is happy again.
Quality work at a fair price. I know a lot about car mechanics and these people have never made anything up about troubles with my cars. City Auto Repair is a very honest shop.
