They really treat the customers with respect and dignity. Fleet employees always make sure that their customers are getting the best quality at the best prices. I tell all my friends and relatives to take their vehicles to fleet and I would continue using them if I wasn't moving away. Andy did a great job of letting me know what he was finding as he troubleshot my car. When he discovered an issue with the power train, he called the dealer and confirmed it was under warranty. He even offered to call the their scheduling department to get my car in the shop faster. Fleet Service was efficient and saved me money. Couldn't have been happier with my experience!
