Took my 1997 F-150 in to have them look into why it was surging at idle. Problem was intermittent so it was hard to replicate. They were not able to find the issue, they spent 1.1 hours @ $120 per hour which is higher then other local shops rates (about the same has a dealership). I decided to not have them spend anymore time on the diagnosis, they indicated that it would take another hour at least to do a full diagnosis. I paid the $155 bill and left.
Have been here for work on my car a few yrs ago. Everything went fine, they're super friendly. Called to see if they could fit me in for help with my ignition, key was stuck. They walked me through some quick, easy things I could do on my own first before I replaced it. Very helpful and trustworthy.
ONB are my go-to guys. I tell them to keep my car fully maintained as I don't want to trade cars. But if I have to, they will tell me when its time. They've saved me a lot of money over the years by avoiding unnecessary repair work. (Can't say that for the dealerships). Last year, ONB saved me over $1,000 when a dealership said I needed repairs after a recall. Went to Dave, he looked, nothing necessary and still no problems. If you want truthful, honest opinions on your car's condition, these guys are the one's to see.
I did not regret coming. Mike was extremely informative, professional, and accommodating. This is a great company to get honest diligent work done.
