Very pleased with the overall service. Some points I did not care for was the mechanics driving my car with dirty hands and the over explanation of what service they performed. I'm sure some people like it. You don't need to tell me you torqued the lug nuts and filled the tires to the right pressure. That stuff should be assumed.
Came with a flat fire that needed to be fixed. I was told the tire was beyond repair and I needed a new tire. Another tire had a slight gash in the sidewalk and they tried to sell me another tire. Two tires cost $452. Ouch. I decided to replace the one flat tire. I was told an hour and a half wait. So we were told we'd be called when the car was done. An hour and a half went by and we decided to walk back to the store since we haven't received a phone. My car was parked with a window down, unlocked, and all my friend's belongings were inside because I was taking them to the airport. No call was made to us so who knows how long my car was done and the lack of care to secure my vehicle upset me.
Overall a good experience. The sales guy got me a new set of rims and tires that were in stock. I originally ordered a set off their website and came in to get them installed but once I got there I was informed that the set I ordered was going to have to be special ordered. Everything worked out okay, I saved a little bit of money and got rims that have a similar look to the set I really wanted.
Good service, not all tires are good, we had to replace 2 (cheap) tires in less than six months
