Super friendly staff. Nice looking hotel. Very sharp looking. Hotel itself smelled weird. Bed was comfortable, sheets and blanket were terrible. It would have been a solid 4star but scent is important to me.
This Best Western is more than what you would expect from a well run hotel. Beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and the breakfast included with your stay is the best we have had at any hotel. The hash browns were made from real potatoes and everything was hot and fresh. Would enthusiastically recommend a stay at this Best Western!
This hotel is fine, not great but not bad either. My main points of grief are that the bed only had like a quilt to keep you warm, no comforter or duvet. This itself wouldn't be too much of a problem but the ac was an older model which you couldn't select an actual temperature, just a dial and fan speed. Finally, I'm all for saving water by using low flow facets and shower heads, but then you need to up the pressure. Otherwise showering takes twice the time. Breakfast was pretty good though - I especially enjoyed the cinnamon waffles.
Pretty good breakfast. Average sized room with comfortable bed. Close to downtown and some cool local eats. Only about 10 minutes from the local mall. Overall pretty good.
It's very good for what it is... a 2 star hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, better than others I've had at similar hotels. I docked a point for the noisy heater and lack of enough wall outlets. With phones, computers, and medical equipment to power we couldn't plug everything in at the same time.
