1st room that we checked into was smoked in. Called the guest service agent that check us in and was very unprofessional. She stated, they is a none smoking room. I informed her that it was smoked in. Switched rooms. The room that we switched to was decent. However, sink in kitchen had dried up food in sink. Sink did not drain nor the bathtub.
Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good. They also served light dinner in the evening. All the rooms are equipped with kitchen. Laundry is free too. Overall, great stay at a reasonable price !!!
Side note, breakfast selection was great. Room was spacious.
Also, there was a side machine on the 2nd floor. A bottle and trash we’re on top. Never cleaned off.
Loved it! Such a great service from the staff. Also I loved the price, breakfast, pool and rooms! Rooms where so clean and had everything you needed! Breakfast was so delicious! The pool was a nice feature to have. And price was amazing for the great service. I will be returning soon!
We were so pleased with our stay here - we were in a suite and it was very helpful to have a full kitchen, as well as access to breakfast and even complimentary dinner during the week. We were definitely surprised that they offered dinner M-Th as well as access to laundry free of charge. Incredibly helpful staff that clearly take pride in their work. Every morning we asked for a high chair and they never made us feel like it was an inconvenience to bring it out and set it up - they would chat with our kids and ask if we needed anything else. It was a great experience overall and definitely worth the price. We would definitely stay there again!
The hotel has a great breakfast and dinner time. The room was clean, but showed some wear along the edge of the tub near the floor. The bed was a bit to firm and pillows deflated quickly, and our air conditioning unit came on low and the reved up to speed like a jet... It woke me up every time. The walls are a bit thin so you do hear folks coming and going but people weren't up late around us so didn't bother us much. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
I travel and stay in many hotels. I would not stay at this property again. Maybe... the area?? Not a fan of Everett, WA.
