Very basic room in a so so neighborhood. Front desk staff are fine. Good value but your not going to get any extra amenities
And plenty of space for the dogs to run!!
The price and room and staff were good. Nice place to stay with my dogs. There was stairwell roped off and the parking lot beds a little love.
For all those other negative reviews... This place has been totally remodeled & is in an excellent location! Clean efficient rooms.
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Reasonably priced. Every word can be heard through the adjoining door. This is an issue that needs attention. However, when we asked to have both rooms we rented adjoining for the second night staff was very accommodating. The pool was clean and a nice amenity.
I recently moved cross country from Texas to Washington State. I've stayed only at Motel 6's for the last week along the way and have had very good experiences until my stay at this one. The staff was not friendly or helpful, even refusing to call Pop A Lock for me upon check out when I had locked my purse, keys and phone in my moving truck. The blonde haired lady told me they did not have phone books at either Motel 6 here and she could not look up the number. She mumbled "I'm so glad i just have one more day of this" as i was walking out. The room was okay, but the sheets, bathroom sink and shower all had hairs on or in them. The parking lot was noisy and had many shady type people wondering around, some were not even staying there, and the police drove through numerous times during the night. I did not even feel very safe and worried about my moving truck and car being broken into because I had to park so far away from the room. I actually needed an extended stay for one week but I left early the next morning and stayed next at the Motel 6 North which was night and day from the other one. As soon as I checked in there, after driving 2500 miles I was tired and was getting ice with my dog before heading to my room. Some girl yelled at me i better watch my dog which was odd since my dog was leashed and not doing anything, but standing beside me while i got ice. After we exchanged some words the girl immediately went and complained to the employee working and they appeared to be friends or maybe just familiar with one another as if the girl was local and had been staying there awhile. She was very rude for no reason and I made the comment that they must just rent to anyone because she seemed to be on drugs. I do believe that my complaint that night is the reason that the morning staff person refused to call Pop A Lock for me, but prior to that, she made no attempt to be friendly upon my checkout, didn't even ask how my stay or room was. This was THE worst experience I have had at any Motel 6, as all others have been good ones prior to this. That particular one is poorly managed and obviously needs new staff. No customer service skills or thorough room cleaning between visitors. I do not recommend this Motel 6.
