Newly built, clean and chic design. Price was reasonable as it included breakfast.
JD is so helpful and welcoming and he made my stay very comfortable. My bed was soft, my room was clean and the bathroom was beautiful. JD made sure breakfast was never empty while running the front at the same time. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice before check out time which is my only complaint but besides that I had a good stay.

Does not meet the standers of other Lion Inn's. Compared to the Lion Inn that we stayed at in Spokane this one is really lacking.
If you need a hotel near Providence Hospital in Everett WA, I would highly recommend Red Lion. During my search for hotels, I soon found that at ANY hotel, what I needed to do (to book and pay for a room for my ex-foster-son and his kids over the phone) was more complicated than I'd expected, but their receptionist (Sarah) did a wonderful job of assisting me. They're located very near the hospital and also make a very commendable effort in accommodating the needs of patients' families. P.S. I just found out while typing this that the cardiac surgery for the mother was successful! :)
I travel a lot for business and play. Skeptical of this hotel after unfavorable reviews. Hotel is remodeled beautifully! Front desk super friendly! Biggest TV ever for hotel room! Nice toiletries! Bed and linens comfy. Room super clean too! Only downside no pool and street a little noisy. Give this place a try!
