This place has the potential to get five stars, if they put in the effort. The hot tub had scum in it, the linens in the pull out couch had not been cleaned after the last users, and the desk clerk on the night shift was unpleasant. Otherwise, the place was beautiful and the suite was nicely laid out. If I heard they made some improvements, I would definitely go back.

The following was not factored into my rating, but is noted for management: the honeymoon suite included a masculine bathrobe and a feminine bathrobe. I recommend that management change this, as couples are not strictly masculine+feminine or male+female. Just have two of the same comfy robe.
Stayed in a room with a gorgeous view, paid full price for the night. TERRIBLY RUDE daytime front desk service. The lady operating the front desk was extremely rude, as if doing her job was such a huge inconvenience. Never received my email confirmation because she was so impatient on the phone (I called back twice to reconfirm) I would reconsider another stay based off the staff encountered, alone (complementary b-fast was a fail, as well, but not worth a rant) I've relied on customer service/hospitality jobs for most of my working career, I make a point not to be a pain in other's rear ends. I felt like a big ole inconvenience at a place I was paying good money to stay at. Probably won't return and won't recommend to others :(
Really let down by this place. Booked the Jacuzzi room to celebrate our anniversary, got everything lined up at home for someone to take care of our animals. Get here and the hot tub is cold as ice. We left.
