The rooms were very clean and modern. The service was good, considering we were a high school football team. They managed to feed us all during breakfast and catered to all our needs.
Great hotel! Recently remodeled and the rooms were very nice. Modern decor with careful though put in for amenities. The morning breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The location of the hotel was a bit confusing and the entrance to the parking lot could be a little confusing. But overall it was a great stay and I would stay again and recommend it to anyone else.
Very clean. The rooms appear to be relatively new, although I felt like the decor was a bit sterile compared to most Holiday Inn Expresses that I've stayed at - which is quite a few. Staff was friendly. Only downside to me was that it is located adjacent to I5; I had to cover the highway noise with the fan on constant.
I did, however get my car broken into here. Nothing was stolen, oddly enough (maybe they got scared away?) but things were rifled through. Told the management and they took down my info and did as I would expect. I didn't take more stars off because really, it's not the fault of the hotel that the area around it is a bit sketchy. Just beware of this.
Was pleasantly surprised here. Rooms are super modern and recently updated. Pool was out of order when we arrived and management said it'd be open the next day and they actually fixed the problem! Delicious breakfast in the morning too. It's a little poorly situated next to the I-5 which makes the rooms noisy. Plus it's near a casino, but the cleanliness and quality of the renovations make it a very good stay.
The room I stayed in was very clean, and the staff were courteous. For the price, it's a good place to stay.
During a two week stint in the area for work, I stayed in this hotel, and the holiday inn in Lynnwood. I would hands down take that one over this one, mainly due to its surroundings.
Walls are also a bit thin as others have noted.
